Use & Care

• Preheat thoroughly before use. Place ingredients on the surface only after it reaches a temperature at which water droplets sizzle and evaporate (approximately 150–180°C / 302–356°F).
• As it is made of natural stone, it takes time to heat up, but once heated, it retains warmth effectively and offers excellent heat retention.
• To remove residue during use, simply add a little water to the surface and wipe it clean with a cloth.
• Clean with a sponge after use, then dry completely.
• Use only the designated fuel. Avoid sudden heating or strong impact to help prevent damage.
