Use & Care

  • Wash it well after each use and dry it thoroughly before storing.
  • If there is rust on the edge of the blade, please remove it by sharpening the blade with a whetstone.
  • Do not rub the edge of the blade with any cleansers that contain a polishing agent. Please carefully note that it will make the blade lose sharpness and the edge becomes dull.
  • Dishwasher safe.
